Open concept living room/ kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, stove, in-suite washer and dryer, air conditioning, full bathroom, large master bedroom, walk-in closet in 2nd bedroom, balcony. Very clean apartment. It's a corner unit, so we don't hear much noise from our neighbors, small pets are welcome, rent includes heat, water and one parking stall, and there's plenty of visitor parking if you have more than one vehicle. Sublet runs till the end of January.
