Do laundry in the comforts of the suite while relaxing on the soft, Italian Natuzzi Leather sectional in front of the fireplace, watching TV, or sit back listening to music. Stereo equipment also included.
All beautiful things come with a value and this furnished Condo has been reasonably priced to rent at $1,800 per month which includes the following: modern furnishings, all appliances, contemporary artwork, room by room contents, bedding linens, etc. How easy is moving in when all you have to do is bring your clothes, food, and spirits! Water and two parking stalls are also included with the rental. Rental fees do not include set up or payment for: Electrical, gas, Internet, cable/satellite and phone service. Pet’s negotiable; smoking is not.
Additionally the opportunity to purchase unit at a later date may be considered.
Sometimes things happen, spills, breakage or other mishaps happen so to cover those costs a damage deposit will be required prior to moving in with approved reference, post dated cheques and a signed contract.
